Cripes! If that’s the case then one is half way there to becoming a goddess. At Chez Lee when in doubt or in a dash , pasta is always to hand. Comforting, quick and carb fabulous a simple supper in a bowl. Bliss.
Apparently S.L eats pasta every day. Well, maybe just a bite.

Spaghetti alla puttanesca
You will need
Extra virgin olive oil
4 anchovy fillets ( tinned)
2 garlic cloves ( chopped/minced)
4 large chopped peeled tomatoes ( or tinned)
Pitted black olives ( handful)
Tablespoon of capers ( rinsed)
Red chilli pepper flakes
Finely sliced onion ( or not if you prefer)
Dried oregano, fresh parsley and fresh basil ( if you have it)
Grated pecorino (Or parmigiano)
While the spaghetti is cooking, soften in olive oil the onion, garlic and parsley .
Melt in anchovies
Stir in olives, capers, red pepper flakes herbs and seasonings
Add tomatoes and simmer.
Add the pasta to the sauce and dress.
Tight black dress and high heels a must!!
